The Adlerian Coaching School
The Adlerian Coaching School was founded in 2005, run by co- directors Mia Levitt
Frank M.A, PCC and Anabella Shaked M.A, PCC, together with the Adler Institute,
Israel. The coach training program is based on the Individual Psychology theory of
Alfred Adler.

The vision of the program is to train students as Adlerian coaches. Coaching based
on Adlerian theory emphasizes the social contribution of the coach, as well as
clients, encouragement as a basis for growing and learning.

Our unique program combines coaching skills, proficiencies and presence, with the
Adlerian theoretical basis as a guideline, framework and anchor.
Our training concept expresses our belief that coaching is not only a profession but a
way of life.

Our team of dynamic and professional facilitators help make the coaching journey a
life changing experience for many participants. Professional life coaching the
Adlerian way is implemented in all three life circles: Family, work and social circles. 

The Adler Institute Israel, a non profit organization, was founded in 1963 under the
guidance of Professor Dreikurs, prominent student of Alfred Adler. The Adler Institute
offers training programs in Coaching, Parenting Groups, Psychotherapy and Family
Therapy, Organizational Consulting, as well as subsidized coaching services for
clients in need,  parenting groups to the public,  subsidized personal, couple and
family therapy to the public.

Short term and intensive workshops on: Basic Coaching Skills, Adlerian Principles in
Coaching, Advanced Coaching Skills can be arranged in Europe, North America and
Southern Africa.
